Formation Metals appoints Roger Rosmus to new advisory board

Formation Metals Inc. (CSE:FOMO)(FSE:VF1)(OTCQB: FOMTF) announced the appointment of Roger Rosmus to its newly established advisory board. Rosmus serves as founder and CEO of Goliath Resources Limited.

Rosmus brings over 25 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, and executive management within the resource sector. At Goliath Resources, he has led the advancement of the Golddigger project in British Columbia's Golden Triangle.

The appointment comes as Formation Metals conducts a 30,000-meter drilling campaign at its N2 Gold Project in Quebec's Abitibi Greenstone Belt. Recent assay results include 0.91 g/t gold over 42.3 meters in hole N2-25-005 and 1.75 g/t gold over 30.4 meters in hole N2-25-012.

The N2 project contains a historical resource estimate of approximately 871,000 ounces, comprising 18 million tonnes grading 1.4 g/t gold and 243,000 tonnes grading 7.82 g/t gold. The property covers 4,400 hectares and includes six mineralized zones.

Formation Metals plans to complete a maiden mineral resource estimate following Phase 1 of its drilling program, which consists of 14,000 meters. The company aims to improve confidence in near-surface mineralization and test extensions beyond current resource limits.

The project is located 25 kilometers south of Matagami, Quebec, with access via provincial highways. Formation Metals targets a conceptual open-pit resource based on the shallow nature of mineralization and wide intercepts from recent drilling.
