Flowserve director Kenneth Siegel won't seek re-election in 2026

Flowserve Corporation (NYSE: FLS) announced that director Kenneth I. Siegel informed the board on December 29, 2025, that he will not stand for re-election at the company's 2026 annual meeting of shareholders.
Siegel will continue serving as a director until the annual meeting takes place. The company stated that his decision was not due to any disagreement with management or the board.
The board expressed appreciation for Siegel's service and contributions to the company, according to the announcement.
