FactSet adds Marcel Prins to its board of directors

FactSet (NYSE: FDS | NASDAQ: FDS) announced the appointment of Marcel Prins to its board of directors, according to a company press release dated Sept. 25, 2026.

Prins brings more than 25 years of experience in operations, technology, and asset management. He most recently served as chief operating officer and director of Robeco, a Netherlands-based global asset manager, from 2022 to 2026. Before that, he held roles as chief operating officer and director of APG Asset Management, and later as chief digital officer of APG Group, where he spent more than a decade. Earlier positions included roles at ABN AMRO Group N.V., Fortis Bank, and DCE International.

Prins also currently serves on the boards of ABN Amro Clearing Bank and Mondu Financial Services. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.

Malcolm Frank, chair of the FactSet board, said in a statement: "His extensive technology and asset management experience will be a strong addition to the Board as FactSet moves into its next chapter and continues to put trusted financial data and advanced AI capabilities to work to empower our clients."
