FMC Corporation (NYSE: FMC) announced that Anthony DiSilvestro resigned from its board of directors and all committees, effective immediately on December 3, 2025.
DiSilvestro cited increased professional commitments following his appointment as chief financial officer of Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. on November 25, 2025, as well as scheduling conflicts with FMC board and committee meeting dates as reasons for his resignation.
The company thanked DiSilvestro for his service and contributions as a board member, according to the company's statement.
