FCPT names Michael Friedland to board effective april 2026

Four Corners Property Trust (NYSE: FCPT) announced Michael Friedland will join its board of directors effective April 1, 2026.
Friedland retired in March 2026 from JPMorgan Chase Bank, where he served as Vice Chair of Global Corporate Banking. He worked at JPMorgan for over 30 years, starting in 1994 as a Managing Director in the Syndicated and Leveraged Finance Group.
During his tenure at JPMorgan, Friedland headed the Real Estate Special Credits and Workout Group from 2010 to 2012. He was promoted to Group Manager of Global Corporate Banking-Real Estate in 2012, overseeing client coverage of public and private real estate companies. He became Vice Chair of Global Corporate Banking in 2022.
Before JPMorgan, Friedland held various real estate banking roles in the New York metropolitan area and began his career at Bankers Trust Corporation on the Real Estate Industries Team. He holds an MBA in Finance from New York University and a BA from Tufts University.
FCPT CEO Bill Lenehan said Friedland brings over 30 years of knowledge in real estate finance and corporate credit underwriting, plus more than 20 years of executive leadership experience.
Four Corners Property Trust is a Mill Valley, California-based real estate investment trust that owns, acquires and leases restaurant and retail properties on a net-lease basis, according to the company's press release.
