European Wax Center announces resignation of David P. Berg from board

On September 10, 2025, David P. Berg notified European Wax Center (NASDAQ: EWCZ) that he would be resigning from the Company’s Board of Directors (“the Board”), effective immediately. The resignation of Mr. Berg was not as a result of any disagreement with the Company. Following Mr. Berg’s resignation, the Board reduced the size of the Board to seven directors.
