Equinor appoints Jarle Roth to board of directors

Equinor ASA (NYSE: EQNR) announced that Jarle Roth was elected as a new member of the company's board of directors during a corporate assembly meeting on November 26.

Roth's appointment takes effect December 1 and will continue until the next ordinary board election in June 2026, according to the company's statement.

The appointment is subject to disclosure requirements under section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
