EXL adds healthcare industry veteran Patrick Geraghty to board

EXL (NASDAQ: EXLS) appointed Patrick Geraghty as an independent director to its board of directors, effective October 20, 2025. Geraghty will serve on the board's audit and nominating and governance committees.
Geraghty brings over 40 years of experience in healthcare insurance. He most recently served as president and chief executive officer of GuideWell, a healthcare insurer serving more than 45 million people. During his 14-year tenure, he expanded the company from $8 billion in annual revenue to over $32 billion.
At GuideWell, Geraghty led the development of an AI platform used by all company employees. Prior to GuideWell, he served as chief executive officer of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, where he transformed the organization from operating losses to profitability.
Geraghty currently chairs America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), the national trade association for the health insurance industry. He has also held leadership positions with the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association and the National Institute for Health Care Management.
