ELECTRA AI appoints Carmine Villani to new strategic advisory board

ELECTRA AI announced the appointment of Carmine Villani to its newly formed Advisory Board. The company is preparing for a planned public listing in the second half of 2026.



Villani serves as President and CEO of Crown MFO Group, Multifamily Office Equity Partners, and Multifamily Office Investments, which collectively deploy over $27 billion in capital aligned with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 initiative. He holds senior leadership roles with Saudi Crown Holdings and Saudi Crown Growth Ventures.



The executive brings experience across private equity, venture capital, artificial intelligence, and energy sectors. His investment portfolio includes companies such as SandboxAQ, RapidSOS, and Naoris Protocol. Previously, he served as CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HS and held advisory positions with Blackstone, KPMG, Ernst & Young, and Citibank.



ELECTRA AI develops battery intelligence software for energy infrastructure, electric mobility, and autonomous systems. The company plans to go public through a business combination with Iron Horse Acquisition II Corp. (NASDAQ: IRHO), expected to close in the second half of 2026.

Villani holds a Master's in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York. Iron Horse Acquisition II Corp. completed its initial public offering in December 2025, raising approximately $230 million.
