Dycom Industries Inc. (NYSE: DY) appointed Stephen O. LeClair to its board of directors, effective November 7, 2025, according to a company statement.
LeClair currently serves as executive chair and executive director of Core & Main Inc. (NYSE: CNM), a specialty distributor focused on water, wastewater, storm drainage and fire protection products. He previously served as the company's chief executive officer from August 2017 to March 2025.
During his tenure at Core & Main, LeClair oversaw the company's separation from HD Supply in 2017 and its initial public offering in 2021. Prior to Core & Main, he spent over a decade in senior executive roles at HD Supply, including chief operating officer and president positions.
LeClair also serves on the board of directors of AAON Inc. (NASDAQ: AAON), a manufacturer of HVAC equipment, since 2017. He holds an MBA from the University of Louisville and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Union College.
"His strong record of strategic execution, driving demonstrable value, will be a significant asset as Dycom continues to drive growth and deliver long-term value for its shareholders," said Richard K. Sykes, Dycom's independent chairman of the board.
Dan Peyovich, Dycom's president and chief executive officer, said LeClair's operational and executive experience in complex industrial markets complements the company's goals.
Dycom provides specialty contracting services to telecommunications infrastructure and utility industries throughout the United States, including program management, engineering, construction and maintenance services.
