Dycom Industries adds two CFO veterans to its board

Dycom Industries, Inc. (NYSE: DY) has appointed David Fallon and Michael Lenz to its Board of Directors, effective August 4, 2026, according to a company statement.
Fallon most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at Vertiv Holdings Co. (NYSE: VRT), a provider of digital infrastructure for data centers and communication networks. Before Vertiv, he held the CFO role at CLARCOR, Inc. and Noble International Ltd. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor's degree in finance and accounting from the University of Dayton. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
Lenz most recently served as Executive Vice President and Interim Chief Financial Officer at Hexcel Corporation (NYSE: HXL). He previously spent 18 years at FedEx Corporation, where his most recent role was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He also held roles at American Airlines Group Inc. across finance, investor relations, logistics, and planning. Lenz currently serves on the boards of Republic Airways and Methodist LeBonheur Healthcare, as well as the Board of Visitors for the Duke University Pratt School of Engineering. He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering and an MBA from Duke University.

Dycom provides specialty contracting services to the telecommunications infrastructure and utility industries throughout the United States, including engineering, construction, maintenance, and fulfillment services.
