Dr. Rollins resigns as AirSculpt Technologies executive chairman

AirSculpt Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: AIRS) announced that Dr. Aaron Rollins resigned from his position as executive chairman of the board of directors on November 4, 2025.

Dr. Rollins also stepped down as a member of the board, with both resignations taking effect immediately on November 4, 2025.

The company stated that Dr. Rollins' resignation was not due to any disagreements between him and the company, its management, or the board regarding the company's operations, policies or practices.
