Douglas Hudson resigns from Allurion Technologies board

Douglas Hudson resigned from the board of directors of Allurion Technologies (OTC: ALUR) on June 30, 2026, also vacating his position on the company's Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
According to a company statement, Hudson's departure was not related to any disagreement with management or the board on matters concerning the company's operations, policies, or practices.
Hudson served as a Class II member of the board. The board said it is evaluating which of its remaining directors will fill his seat on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
