Dominari Holdings names Brian Parsley to board of directors
Dominari Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: DOMH) appointed Brian Parsley to its board of directors, the company announced September 10. Parsley will focus on enhancing the firm's marketing, investor outreach and communications strategy.
Parsley brings over 30 years of experience in entrepreneurship, sales and leadership development. He founded and exited multiple companies, including USAhire.com and WeSkill, both of which were acquired. He currently co-founded The Constance Group, where he works with organizations on sales and leadership culture transformation through behavioral science.
"Brian has a proven ability to transform sales and leadership cultures, with a focus on linking human behavior to measurable business outcomes," said Anthony Hayes, chief executive officer of Dominari Holdings. "His expertise in human connection, communication and business growth will be invaluable as we execute our growth strategy."
Parsley developed a framework called The Human Factor, which he uses to advise executives and teams on performance enhancement and business outcomes through authentic human connection. He has consulted with Fortune 500 companies and was recognized as a Top 40 Executive Under 40 by the Business Journal.
