Delta Resources adds two directors and grants 2.1M stock options

Delta Resources Limited (TSXV: DLTA) (OTCQB: DTARF) (FSE: 6GO1) has appointed Zach Flood and Joseph C. Milbourne to its board of directors, according to a company statement.



Flood is a geologist who co-founded Kenorland Minerals Ltd. in 2016 and serves as executive chairman of Koulou Gold Corp., a private exploration company operating in Côte d'Ivoire.



Milbourne is a metallurgist with more than 50 years of experience in metallurgy, mineral processing, and process engineering. He has held senior positions at Troilus Mining Corp., Belo Sun Mining Corp., Sulliden Gold Corporation, Eldorado Gold, and other mining organizations. He holds a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology and an M.S. in Metallurgy from the University of Utah.



Both directors will join Delta's technical committee, which is headed by board member Dr. Kevin B. Heather.



Separately, Delta granted 2,100,000 stock options to management, board members, and employees. The options are exercisable at $0.245 per share for five years from the grant date and vest over 24 months, with 25% vesting every six months.



Delta Resources is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on its Delta-1 Gold Project in Ontario, located approximately 50 kilometres west of Thunder Bay. The property covers approximately 340 square kilometres and includes the Eureka Gold Deposit.
