Delivra Health appoints John Barrett as new board director

Delivra Health Brands Inc. (TSXV: DHB) (OTCQB: DHBUF) announced the appointment of John Barrett as a director to its board of directors.

Barrett previously served as a senior executive with Frito Lay and PepsiCo, and held the position of Chief Commercial Officer USA for Pernod Ricard. He currently owns and serves as principal consultant at Kites Advisors, a consulting company that provides strategic solutions to early-stage consumer goods companies.

The new director brings experience in innovation, marketing, commercial operations, customer acquisition, and go-to-market strategies, along with responsibility for over one billion dollars in profit and loss management across North American and international markets.

"We are extremely pleased to welcome John as a director of the Board," said Frank Holler, Executive Chair of Delivra. "His deep experience in strategy and consumer packaged goods will be instrumental as we enter our next stage of growth."

The company also announced the resignation of Andrew Bayfield from the board. Holler stated that Bayfield contributed to the company over the past five years.

Barrett's appointment requires approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.

Delivra Health Brands operates as a consumer packaged goods company in the health and wellness sector, with brands including Dream Water and LivRelief that address issues such as chronic pain, anxiety, and sleeplessness.
