Damora Therapeutics names Jennifer Jarrett as CEO, adds board members

Damora Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: DMRA) appointed Jennifer Jarrett as president and chief executive officer, effective March 30, 2026, according to a company statement. Jarrett will also join the biotechnology company's board of directors.



The company simultaneously announced the appointment of Cameron Turtle and Mike Landsittel to its board of directors. Peter Harwin was named chairman of the board.



Jarrett brings nearly three decades of experience in corporate strategy, finance, drug development and organizational leadership. She most recently served as chief operating officer of Arcus Biosciences, where she also held roles as chief financial officer and board member. Previously, she was vice president of corporate development and capital markets at Uber Technologies Inc. and chief financial officer at Medivation, which developed enzalutamide for prostate cancer before its acquisition by Pfizer.



Jarrett spent 20 years in investment banking, including running Citigroup's west coast life sciences investment banking practice. She holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.



Turtle currently serves as chief executive officer of Spyre Therapeutics and previously held positions at Foresite Labs, BridgeBio Pharma and Eidos Therapeutics. He holds a bachelor's degree in bioengineering from the University of Washington and a doctorate in cardiovascular medicine from the University of Oxford.



Landsittel served as chief financial officer at Blueprint Medicines through its acquisition by Sanofi, leading efforts to raise approximately $4 billion in capital. He previously worked at Algeta ASA, Infinity Pharmaceuticals and Genzyme Corporation.



Damora Therapeutics focuses on developing treatments for blood disorders, specifically targeting mutant calreticulin-driven myeloproliferative neoplasms. The company plans to advance multiple programs into clinical development in 2026.
