Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK) announced that Gregg Metcalf has joined the commercial real estate services firm as Executive Director in Atlanta.

Metcalf brings more than 30 years of experience advising private, corporate and institutional clients on real estate strategies, including headquarters relocations, build-to-suit projects, incentive negotiations and acquisition planning. He joins from JLL, where he previously worked as a tenant advisor.

The new hire will partner with Cushman & Wakefield Executive Directors Ken Ashley and Sam Hollis in the Atlanta office. Metcalf's background includes experience as both a landlord/developer representative and tenant advisor.

"Cushman & Wakefield has tremendous momentum in Atlanta, nationally and across the globe, as well as a storied history," Metcalf said. "With the combined skills of our office tenant rep team, we have a real opportunity to provide an unsurpassed level of client services as occupiers navigate a highly complex market."

Chris Ahrenkiel, Cushman & Wakefield Atlanta Managing Principal, said Metcalf's focus on client services and his experience as a developer, landlord and tenant representative would add value for clients.

Metcalf serves on the Board of Trustees of the Fulton County Sheriff's Foundation and is a past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Blood Cancer United of Georgia and South Carolina. He is also a past president of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and a graduate of Georgia State University.

Cushman & Wakefield reported revenue of $9.4 billion in 2024 and operates with approximately 52,000 employees in nearly 400 offices across 60 countries.
