Critical One Energy adds General Flynn to advisory board

Critical One Energy Inc. (CSE: CRTL) (OTCQB: MMTLF) (FSE: 4EF) announced the appointment of General (Ret.) Charles A. Flynn to its Strategic Advisory Board, effective immediately.



Flynn will advise the Canadian mining exploration company on U.S. strategic engagement, government relations, and market positioning as Critical One advances its Howells Lake Antimony-Gold Project in Ontario, Canada. The project is located approximately 120 kilometres west of the Ring of Fire access corridor.



Flynn retired from the United States Army in November 2024 after 39 years of service. He most recently served as Commanding General of U.S. Army Pacific, where he led the Army's largest service component command. Prior to that role, he served as Deputy Chief of Staff for Army Operations, Plans and Training at the Pentagon.



During his military career, Flynn held various command and leadership positions, including Commanding General of the 25th Infantry Division and Deputy Commanding General, U.S. Army Pacific. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Rhode Island and master's degrees in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and in Joint Campaign Planning and Strategy from the National Defense University.



In connection with his appointment, Critical One granted Flynn 200,000 stock options priced at CDN$1.03 per common share for five years under the company's stock option plan.



Critical One focuses on critical metals and minerals exploration, with its portfolio including antimony-gold exploration potential in Canada and uranium and copper assets in Namibia.
