Crexendo board member Jeffrey Bash passes at 83

Crexendo Inc. (NASDAQ: CXDO) announced that board member Jeffrey Bash died on September 22, 2025, at his home in Westfield, New Jersey. He was 83 years old.

The company became aware of Bash's death on November 4, 2025, according to a company statement.

Bash had served on Crexendo's board of directors since August 2013. The company said he contributed to its growth and operations during his tenure.

The board will review its committee composition and overall membership and will take action in accordance with the company's bylaws, the statement said.

Crexendo provides cloud-based telecommunications and software solutions to businesses.
