Comtech appoints Mary Jane Raymond to board of directors

Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (NASDAQ: CMTL) appointed Mary Jane Raymond as an independent director to its board of directors, effective December 11, 2025. The appointment brings the board to eight directors.
Raymond brings more than 30 years of public company finance and governance experience. She served as chief financial officer of Coherent Corp. (NYSE: COHR), formerly II-VI Incorporated, from 2014 through 2024. Coherent is a global leader in engineered materials and optoelectronic components with revenue exceeding $5.8 billion.
Prior to her role at Coherent, Raymond held senior finance, risk management and merger and acquisition positions at Hudson Global, Dun & Bradstreet, Lucent Technologies and Cummins Engine Company. Since 2019, she has served as an independent director and audit committee member of Veeco Instruments Inc. (NASDAQ: VECO), a semiconductor process equipment company.

Raymond said she was honored to join Comtech's board as an independent director and had been impressed with the company's progress over recent months.
At Coherent, Raymond oversaw global finance, treasury, tax and investor relations and played a role in financing and integrating strategic acquisitions. She previously served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Hudson Global from 2005 to 2013.
Raymond is a certified management accountant and NACD certified director. Comtech provides satellite and space communications technologies, terrestrial and wireless network solutions, and emergency services to commercial and government customers globally.
