Cloopen makes board changes, reappoints two directors
Cloopen Group Holding Limited (OTC: RAASY) announced changes to its board of directors and compensation committee membership, effective February 5, 2026.
The company said Qingsheng Zheng and Ye Yuan resigned as directors for personal reasons. Both confirmed they have no disagreement with the company regarding its operations, policies or practices.
The board approved the reappointment of both Zheng and Yuan as directors, conditional upon receiving their executed consent to act.
Yuan also resigned from the compensation committee. The board appointed Pengfei Yuan, a current director, to serve as a member of the compensation committee, effective the same date.
Cloopen operates as a cloud-based communications solution provider in China, offering communications platform as a service, cloud-based contact centers, and cloud-based unified communications and collaboration services.
