Claritev's Dale White to end strategic advisor role Dec. 31

Claritev Corporation (NYSE: CTEV) announced that Dale White will terminate his service as a strategic advisor to the company effective December 31, 2025.

White, who serves as the company's former chief executive officer and executive chair, received notice on December 23, 2025, regarding the termination of his advisory role. He has served as a strategic advisor since stepping down from his position as executive chair on December 31, 2024.

White will continue to serve as a director on the company's board of directors. Claritev has waived its right to 30 days' written notice of termination of the strategic advisor role per the terms of White's retirement transition letter.

The company stated that no additional compensation related to White's service as a strategic advisor is due to him.
