On February 21, 2023, in connection with the announcement of his appointment as Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Bausch + Lomb Corporation, Brenton L. Saunders notified Cisco Systems (NASDAQ: CSCO) of his decision to resign from Cisco’s Board of Directors effective February 21, 2023.
