Chesapeake Utilities (CPK) Announces Resignation of Stephanie N. Gary from Board

On July 25, 2025, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Chesapeake Utilities (NYSE: CPK) accepted the resignation of Stephanie N. Gary as a Class I director of the Company and as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board. Ms. Gary offered her resignation in accordance with the Company’s Corporate Governance Guidelines in connection with a change in her employment. Ms. Gary’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company, its management or its operations, policies or practices.
