Change Agents Corp. (Nasdaq: CHGA), an AI software company, announced the formation of Autonomous Air Defense LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary established to evaluate AI-enabled drone surveillance and counter-unmanned aerial systems technologies.

The subsidiary has no operating history, revenue, or products and is currently in the evaluation stage. The company said it is reviewing drone interceptor and surveillance technologies for potential acquisition, strategic investment, or partnership.

As part of the initiative, Change Agents appointed retired Maj. Gen. Malcolm Frost to the advisory boards of both the parent company and the new subsidiary. Frost served 31 years in the U.S. Army, holding roles including Deputy Commanding General of the 82nd Airborne Division, Deputy Director for Operations at the National Military Command Center, and Commanding General of the U.S. Army Center for Initial Military Training. He deployed to Bosnia, Iraq, and Afghanistan and is a graduate of West Point and the U.S. Army War College.

"The convergence of artificial intelligence, autonomous systems, and next-generation counter-drone and air surveillance technologies represents one of the most important developments in modern defense," Frost said in the statement.

According to MarketsandMarkets, the global counter-unmanned aircraft systems market was estimated at $6.6 billion in 2025 and is projected to reach $20.3 billion by 2030, reflecting a compound annual growth rate of approximately 25%.

Change Agents currently operates AI software platforms for small businesses and content creators, including Beacon, an AI search optimization platform, and Catch-Up, an autonomous content creation platform. The company said the new subsidiary represents an expansion into the defense technology sector following a rebranding the prior month.

The company said it will provide updates on Autonomous Air Defense LLC and any potential transactions as developments occur. The information is based on a press release issued by Change Agents Corp.
