Celsius Holdings adds PepsiCo executive to board of directors

Celsius Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: CELH) announced the appointment of Michael Del Pozzo to its board of directors on Aug. 28. Del Pozzo was nominated by PepsiCo Inc. to serve as one of its two board designees under an agreement between the companies.
Del Pozzo currently serves as PepsiCo's President of North America – Commercial and Customer, a position he assumed in January 2025. He has worked at PepsiCo for nearly 25 years, holding leadership roles across divisions including Pepsi Beverages North America, Frito-Lay, Quaker North America, and Corporate.
During his tenure at PepsiCo, Del Pozzo led the company's Gatorade business unit, overseeing its $12 billion hydration portfolio of brands. He also served as President of The Hershey Company's U.S. Confection business for a period. Del Pozzo graduated from Bowling Green State University.

Celsius Holdings is a functional beverage company that owns energy drink brand Celsius, hydration brand Celsius Hydration, health and wellness brand Alani Nu, and Rockstar Energy. The appointment was announced in a company press release.
