Celcuity Inc. (Nasdaq: CELC) has appointed David W. Gryska to its Board of Directors, the Minneapolis-based biotechnology company announced Oct. 2, 2026.

Gryska previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Incyte Corporation, and as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Celgene Corporation. Earlier in his career, he held CFO roles at Scios, Inc. and was a partner at Ernst & Young LLP in California.

Over the past 25 years, Gryska has served on the boards of eight public biotechnology companies. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Definium Therapeutics and previously served on the boards of Seagen Inc. for more than 15 years, Forte Biosciences, Aerie Pharmaceuticals, and GW Pharmaceuticals. He holds a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Loyola University and an MBA from Golden Gate University.

The appointment follows Celcuity's first FDA approval for REVTORPYK (gedatolisib), a pan-PI3K and mTORC1/2 inhibitor approved for adult patients with HR+/HER2- advanced breast cancer without a PIK3CA mutation following progression on at least one line of endocrine therapy in the metastatic setting.

"David's extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer and board member of a number of pharmaceutical companies, through periods of significant clinical development and commercial growth makes him an outstanding addition to our Board," said Brian Sullivan, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Celcuity.

Celcuity has ongoing Phase 3 trials under its VIKTORIA-2 program evaluating gedatolisib as a first-line treatment in separate cohorts of patients with advanced breast cancer, as well as a Phase 1b/2 trial evaluating gedatolisib in combination with darolutamide in patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer.
