Caterpillar nominates Lynn Good for board director position

Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT) announced that its board of directors nominated Lynn Good as a director candidate for election at the company's 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The nomination was determined on April 7, 2026, with Good's appointment effective date set for August 1, 2026.
