Cardiff Lexington Corporation (OTCQB: CDIX) announced that Chairman Daniel Thompson will retire from his position effective December 31, 2025, after 25 years of service with the healthcare holding company.

Alex Cunningham, who currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer, will succeed Thompson as Chairman. Cunningham has held the CEO position for the past ten years.

"It has been a great honor to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Cardiff Lexington," Thompson said in a statement. "After 25 years, the time has come for me to step back, but I do so with immense pride in what we have built together."

Thompson will remain a shareholder of the company following his retirement. During his tenure as Chairman, Cardiff Lexington expanded through acquisitions and strategic transformations in the orthopedics, spine care, and pain management sectors.

The Lexington, Kentucky-based company operates through its subsidiary Nova Ortho and Spine, which runs specialty orthopedic care centers across Florida and Georgia. The facilities provide diagnostic and surgical services, primary care evaluations, and pain management treatments.

Cunningham stated that the company is positioned for growth and is considering uplisting its stock to a major U.S. exchange to enhance visibility among investors. Cardiff Lexington currently trades on the OTCQB market.

The information is based on a company press release statement issued December 29, 2025.
