Canton Strategic Holdings adds three directors to its board
Canton Strategic Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CNTN) elected three new members to its board of directors effective July 13, 2026, following the company's annual shareholder meeting, according to a press release.
Sean Galvin, Pamela L. Carter, and Rishi Nangalia were elected to the board, replacing departing directors Sireesh Appajosyula, Vincent LoPriore, and Gary Stetz, who did not stand for re-election. Directors Mark Wendland, Clay Kahler, Jill E. Sommers, and William Wiley were re-elected at the same meeting.
Galvin brings more than 35 years of experience as a certified public accountant and will serve as audit chair. He most recently served as senior managing director and chief administrative officer of Nearwater Capital Management, and previously held chief financial officer and chief accounting officer roles at Virtu Financial Inc. and BGC Partners, Inc., respectively.
Carter previously spent nearly two decades at Cummins Inc. in executive roles including vice president, general counsel, and president of two business units. She also served as a state attorney general and has held board positions at Enbridge Inc., Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., and CSX Corporation.
Nangalia is co-founder and managing partner of OPCO Advisory Inc. He previously founded and led REDI Technologies, an electronic trading software company that was acquired by Thomson Reuters.
