September 12, 2025 7:30 AM EDT

Caliber (NASDAQ: CWD) appointed Peter Dorrius as the second member of its Caliber Crypto Advisory Board, according to a company statement. The board provides strategic oversight for Caliber's Digital Asset Treasury Strategy, which focuses on building a treasury of LINK tokens for long-term value and yield.

Dorrius brings finance experience from startup manufacturers to multinational software companies. He served as Chief Financial Officer at Blackline Safety from 2010 to 2016. In 2021, he was CFO of Blockcap, a Bitcoin mining company that merged with Core Scientific in a $1.46 billion transaction. At the combined companies, he established tracking and reporting systems for digital asset trading and staking operations.

Dorrius holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia.

"I'm delighted to join the Caliber Crypto Advisory Board and work with the team on this unique Chainlink (LINK) digital asset treasury strategy," Dorrius said. "Caliber is taking a visionary approach to connect traditional real estate markets with the digital financial ecosystem, and I look forward in assisting the team to develop institutional grade infrastructure, controls, and security for its DAT while introducing Caliber to substantive industry connections."

Chris Loeffler, CEO of Caliber, said Dorrius's knowledge of digital assets and corporate administration would support the company's execution of its digital asset treasury strategy.

Caliber operates as a diversified alternative asset manager with over $2.9 billion in managed assets. The company launched its Digital Asset Treasury strategy in 2025, anchored in Chainlink tokens.
