Cabral Gold appoints Vale executive to board of directors

Cabral Gold Inc. (TSXV: CBR) (OTCQB: CBGZF) announced the appointment of Vinícius Resende Domingues to its board of directors, effective immediately.
Domingues serves as General Manager of Regulatory Affairs at Vale S.A., Brazil's largest mining company with over 64,000 employees across 30 countries. He also sits on the board of IBRAM, the Brazilian Mining Institute, and holds a position as Honorary Lecturer at University College London.
His educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and both Master's and Doctorate degrees in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Brasília. He earned an MBA in Project Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas in Brasília and a Master's degree in Economics from Mackenzie Presbyterian University in São Paulo. Domingues also serves as a visiting lecturer at the Federal University of Minas Gerais in Belo Horizonte.

Cabral Gold focuses on gold properties in Brazil and holds a 100% interest in the Cuiú Cuiú gold district in the Tapajós Region of Pará state. The project contains NI 43-101 compliant Indicated resources of 12.29 million tonnes at 1.14 grams per tonne gold in fresh basement material and 13.56 million tonnes at 0.50 grams per tonne gold in oxide material.
