CG Oncology Inc. (NASDAQ: CGON) appointed Christina Rossi to its board of directors, the company announced. Simone Song, senior partner at ORI Capital, resigned from the board effective November 22, 2025.

Rossi brings more than 25 years of pharmaceutical and biotechnology experience to the board. She most recently served as chief operating officer of Blueprint Medicines from 2022 until its acquisition by Sanofi in 2025. At Blueprint, she previously held the role of chief commercial officer and oversaw commercial launches across multiple indications and geographies.

Before joining Blueprint Medicines, Rossi served as Multiple Sclerosis Business Unit Head for North America at Sanofi Genzyme, where she managed the financial performance of the MS franchise and led new therapy launches. She also held various positions at Biogen Inc., including head of commercial strategy for Eidetica Biopharma GmbH and U.S. brand leader for TYSABRI.

Rossi holds a bachelor's degree in biology from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

"We are at a critical juncture in CG Oncology's history with our recent BLA initiation for cretostimogene," said Arthur Kuan, chairman and chief executive officer. "I want to especially thank Simone for more than a decade of service on our Board and her many contributions to our strategy and direction."

Song's departure follows the company's recent biologics license application initiation for its investigational bladder cancer treatment cretostimogene grenadenorepvec. The company focuses on developing treatments for non-muscle invasive bladder cancer patients.
