CEA Industries appoints Annemarie Tierney to board of directors

CEA Industries Inc. (NASDAQ: BNC) announced the appointment of Annemarie Tierney to its board of directors, effective November 26, 2025. Tierney is the founder and principal of Liquid Advisors, a strategic consulting firm serving clients in the digital asset industry.

Tierney joins a board that includes Hans Thomas, Russell Read, Tony McDonald, Carly Howard, and Nick Etten. The company stated it manages what it describes as the world's largest corporate treasury of Binance Coin (BNB).

Tierney has held executive strategy and legal roles at several financial firms including Templum Inc., Nasdaq Private Market, and SecondMarket Holdings, which is now part of Digital Currency Group. At SecondMarket, she led efforts to structure and launch the Grayscale Bitcoin Investment Trust (GBTC) for public trading on OTC QX. She has also worked at NYSE, Skadden Arps, and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

She currently serves on the board of directors of the Association of SEC Alumni (ASECA) and served as its president from 2023 to 2025. She previously served on the SEC's Advisory Committee on Small and Emerging Companies and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses.
