CCC Intelligent Solutions board member resigns immediately

CCC Intelligent Solutions Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: CCC) announced that Lauren Young resigned from the company's board of directors effective immediately on December 17, 2025.

Young had previously notified the company of her intent to resign no later than December 31, 2025. The company stated that Young's resignation was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the company or its board regarding operations, policies or practices.
