CB Financial Services names Craig Kauffman to board of directors

CB Financial Services, Inc. (NASDAQGM: CBFV) appointed Craig L. Kauffman to its board of directors, effective November 20, 2025. Kauffman was also named to the board of Community Bank, the company's subsidiary, and will serve on the audit and compliance committees.

Kauffman brings nearly four decades of banking and wealth management experience to the Washington, Pennsylvania-based holding company. He most recently served as president and chief executive officer of Codorus Valley Bancorp, Inc. and PeoplesBank, where he led the $2.2 billion asset company through a merger with Orrstown Financial Corporation in July 2024.

From 2015 to 2018, Kauffman served as Central Pennsylvania Regional President for BB&T Bank, now known as Truist, overseeing $6 billion in assets and deposits across 80 retail locations. His career includes senior leadership positions at Susquehanna Bank, PNC Bank, Bay First Bank, Pennsylvania State Bank, Bank of Lancaster County, Wachovia Bank, and CoreStates Bank.

"Craig is a highly respected leader who brings exceptional strategic vision," said John H. Montgomery, CB Financial's president and CEO, according to the company's press release.

Kauffman currently serves as trustee vice-chair of Millersville University School of Business and holds board positions with Safari Club International Foundation and Safari Club International, where he previously served as president from 2013 to 2015. He holds an MBA from Pennsylvania State University Harrisburg and a bachelor's degree from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.

CB Financial Services operates Community Bank's branch network in southwestern Pennsylvania and West Virginia, offering commercial and retail banking services.
