CAE shareholders elect 13 directors, adding Bruce Ross to board
CAE Inc. (NASDAQ: CAE, TSX: CAE) announced the results of its 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, at which 13 nominees were elected to the company's board of directors.
Bruce Ross, who joins the board as a new member, received 99.62% of votes cast in his favor. Ross currently serves as Group Head of Artificial Intelligence and a member of the Group Executive at Royal Bank of Canada. He previously held the role of Group Head, Technology & Operations at RBC and served in several senior positions at IBM, including President of IBM Canada.
Sophie Brochu received the lowest share of favorable votes among the elected directors at 77.47%, while Louis TĂȘtu received 90.43% support. The remaining 11 directors each received more than 94% of votes in their favor.
The full list of elected directors includes Sophie Brochu, Matthew Bromberg, Patrick Decostre, Elise Eberwein, Ian L. Edwards, Marianne Harrison, Peter Lee, Katherine A. Lehman, Mary Lou Maher, Bruce Ross, Calin Rovinescu, Patrick M. Shanahan, and Louis TĂȘtu.
Final results on all matters voted on at the annual meeting have been filed with securities regulators, according to the company's statement.
