CAE elects 13 directors at 2025 annual shareholder meeting

CAE Inc. (NYSE: CAE) (TSX: CAE) announced the election results from its 2025 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on August 13. All 13 nominated candidates were elected to serve as directors of the Montreal-based aviation training and simulation company.
The directors elected include Ayman Antoun, Sophie Brochu, Matthew Bromberg, Patrick Decostre, Elise Eberwein, Ian L. Edwards, Marianne Harrison, Peter Lee, Katherine A. Lehman, Mary Lou Maher, Calin Rovinescu, Patrick M. Shanahan, and Louis TĂȘtu.
Vote tallies varied among the candidates, with most receiving approval ratings above 99%. Ayman Antoun received the highest support with 99.92% of votes, while Louis TĂȘtu received the lowest at 91.65%. Patrick M. Shanahan received 91.82% approval, and Calin Rovinescu received 96.02%.
The company filed the complete voting results on all meeting matters with securities regulators concurrently with the announcement. CAE operates approximately 240 sites and training locations across more than 40 countries, employing around 13,000 people in aviation training, simulation, and critical operations solutions.
