C3 AI (AI) Appoints John E. Hyten to its Board

On October 5, 2024, the board of directors of C3 AI (NYSE: AI) elected General John E. Hyten, Ret. to the Board, effective immediately. Gen. Hyten was elected as a Class II director to hold office until the Company’s 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and until his successor has been duly elected and qualified or until his earlier death, resignation, or removal.
