Broadridge nominates former Salesforce executive to its board

Broadridge Financial Solutions (NYSE: BR) has nominated Srinivas D. Tallapragada for election to its board of directors at the company's 2026 Annual Meeting, according to a press release.

Tallapragada currently serves as Special Advisor to the CEO of Salesforce, Inc. During his 14-year tenure at Salesforce, he held roles including President and Chief Engineering and Customer Success Officer, leading global teams responsible for engineering, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and professional services. Before joining Salesforce, he held senior engineering and product leadership roles at SAP Labs Inc. and Oracle Corporation. He also serves on the board of directors of GoDaddy Inc.

Broadridge also announced that board member Amit Zavery will step down following the same meeting, after more than seven years of service as a Broadridge director.

Eileen Murray, Chairperson of Broadridge's board, said Tallapragada "will bring his deep enterprise technology expertise and customer-focused perspective to our Board." Chief Executive Officer Tim Gokey thanked Zavery for his years of service, calling his "experience and perspective invaluable to the Board."
