Broadridge adds former FINRA executive Todd Diganci to board

Broadridge Financial Solutions Inc. (NYSE: BR) appointed Todd Diganci to its board of directors, effective August 1, 2026, according to a company statement. The appointment expands Broadridge's board to 10 members, with eight independent directors. Diganci will serve on the audit committee.
Diganci served as executive vice president, chief financial officer and chief administrative officer at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority from 2017 through June 2026. In this role, he oversaw finance, human resources and FINRA's credentialing, registration, education and disclosure operations.
Prior to 2017, Diganci held positions of increasing responsibility at FINRA, including corporate controller and chief financial officer. During his tenure, he expanded the CFO role to include enterprise risk management and corporate strategic leadership. He currently serves on the board of directors of the SIFMA Investor Education Foundation.
