Boliden board member Per Lindberg resigns for personal reasons

Boliden AB (Stockholm: BOL) announced that board member Per Lindberg has requested to resign from the company's Board of Directors due to personal reasons. Lindberg will also not be available for re-election at the next Annual General Meeting.
