Blackbaud director Gupta resigns to focus on other commitments

Blackbaud Inc. (NASDAQ: BLKB) announced that director Yogesh K. Gupta will resign from the company's board effective September 11, 2025.
Gupta notified the company on September 10 that he would step down to focus on other professional commitments. The departing director stated he has no disagreement with the company, its management, or board on any matters related to operations, policies, or practices.
Following Gupta's resignation, Blackbaud's board will decrease from eight to seven directors. The company provides cloud software solutions for social good organizations including nonprofits, foundations, companies, education institutions, healthcare organizations, and individual change agents.
