BlackLine board member Tom Unterman to retire in May 2026

BlackLine Inc. (NASDAQ: BL) announced that board member Tom Unterman will not stand for re-election at the company's annual meeting of stockholders in May 2026. Unterman has served on the board since 2010.
"On behalf of the entire Board, I want to thank Tom for his many years of dedicated service to BlackLine, our Board and our shareholders," said Owen Ryan, CEO and Chairman of BlackLine's board.
Unterman said in a statement that serving on BlackLine's board was an honor and that he remains confident in the company's future. The Los Angeles-based financial software company provides accounting automation and financial close solutions.
BlackLine also announced that its board of directors expects to reduce the size of the board to 11 directors immediately following the election of directors at the 2026 annual meeting.
The information is based on a company press release statement issued December 22.
