Bitdeer board member Chao Suo to resign effective July 2026

Chao Suo has announced her resignation from the board of directors of Bitdeer Technologies (NASDAQ: BTDR) and from its compensation committee, effective July 31, 2026.

According to a company statement, the resignation is due to personal reasons and is not related to any dispute or disagreement with the company over its operations, policies, or practices. Suo will continue to serve the company in an unspecified capacity following her departure from the board.
