August 6, 2026 7:00 AM EDT

Biohaven Ltd. (NYSE: BHVN) has appointed John Yetimoglu to its board of directors, effective immediately, according to a press release statement.

Yetimoglu is the founder and chief investment officer of Infinitum, an investment firm focused on semiconductors, videogaming, and AI application platforms. He also serves on the board of Groq, an AI inference computing company, where he was an early investor. He was involved with Groq through its $20 billion transaction with Nvidia in December 2025.

Earlier in his career, Yetimoglu worked as an analyst at Morgan Stanley covering technology and biotechnology. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Columbia University.

Biohaven chief executive Vlad Coric said Yetimoglu's experience with AI companies would provide the board with perspective as the company integrates computational approaches into drug discovery and development.

"John sits at the intersection of technology and life sciences at exactly the moment those worlds are coming together," Coric said.

Biohaven is a biopharmaceutical company with a pipeline spanning neuroscience, immunology, and other therapeutic areas.
