On November 22, 2023, Barbara Messing notified the Board of Directors of Beyond, Inc. (NYSE: BYON) of her resignation as a director of the Company, effective immediately. Ms. Messing's resignation was for personal reasons and not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company or the Company’s Board on any matter relating to the operations, policies, or practices of the Company.
