Betsey Rhynhart joins Ledyard Financial Group board
Ledyard Financial Group, Inc. (OTCQX: LFGP), the holding company for Ledyard National Bank, has appointed Betsey Rhynhart to the boards of directors of both the company and the bank, effective immediately, according to a press release.
Rhynhart has served as Vice President of Population Health at Concord Hospital since 2017, where she led a $107 million community health impact plan and developed the hospital system's first health equity strategic plan. She also established an AI governance framework at the organization.
Prior to her current role, she served as Executive Director of Accountable Care and Director of Program Development at Concord Hospital.
Board Chair Charles Petersen said her "extensive executive experience in the healthcare sector brings a valuable and unique perspective to our team."
Rhynhart holds a Bachelor of Science in Small Business Administration from the University of Vermont and a master's degree in public health from Boston University. She serves on several nonprofit boards, including the New Hampshire Foundation for Healthy Communities and Granite United Way.
Ledyard National Bank, founded in 1991 and headquartered in Hanover, New Hampshire, offers banking, investment, and wealth management services.
