Bayhorse Silver appoints Christos Doulis to board of directors

Bayhorse Silver Inc. (TSXV: BHS) (OTCQB: BHSIF) (FSE: 7KXN) announced the appointment of Christos Doulis to its board of directors, according to a company statement.



Doulis brings 25 years of experience in metals and mining, having held senior positions in mining equity research, investment banking and industry operations. He worked as a research analyst at Stonecap Securities and PI Financial from 2010 to 2015, and previously served as a partner at Gryphon Partners and VP Investment Banking for mining at TD Securities.



More recently, Doulis served as CEO for exploration companies in Western Newfoundland and Nevada. He currently serves as CEO of Smooth Rock Ventures and sits on the board of Grit Metals Corp. Doulis holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Queen's University.



"Christos brings a wealth of finance and industry experience to the Bayhorse team and will help guide the Company as it advances both the Bayhorse Silver Mine and the adjacent Pegasus porphyry copper and silver project," said CEO Graeme O'Neill.



The company also announced a grant of 250,000 incentive stock options to directors, employees and consultants. The options vest immediately and are exercisable at $0.10 per share for five years from the date of issuance.



Bayhorse Silver operates the historic Bayhorse Silver Mine in Oregon with a processing capacity of up to 200 tons per day and maintains a 60 ton per day mill in Payette County, Idaho.
